Privacy

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name and email, plus anything else you enter on the booking form, such as your company, your role and a note about a workflow. Bookings are handled by Google Calendar.
• When you email us: your email address and what you write.
• When you visit the site: our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site itself sets no cookies.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the booking form or by email.

How we use it

• To arrange and hold the call you asked for, and to reply to you.
• To keep the site working and secure.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list because you booked a call or wrote to us.

Who else handles it

• Google: booking, calendar invitations, Google Meet and email. Google processes this under its own privacy policy, at policies.google.com/privacy. The booking page is Google’s, shown inside our site, and it may use Google’s own cookies.
• Vercel: website hosting.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details and email for as long as we need them to work with you, or to keep a record of what we discussed. Ask us to delete them and we will, unless we must keep a record.

Your choices

Write to hello@archi.tech to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We may need to confirm who you are first. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

Do Not Track

We do not track visitors across sites, so the site does not change its behavior for a Do Not Track signal.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
